ABOUT ERYNN

Erynn is the founder and sole operator of GUImedia. She is both a talented designer and programmer - a rare combination in the field. Erynn has a natural artistic gift that has been recognised from a very young age. At 12 years old she was chosen through a rigorous process to attend, on scholarship, an advanced private school for gifted children. At 13 years old she had artwork touring nationally with an Emily Carr Exhibit. She was offered a scholarship to Emil Carr which she refused with a disinterest to organised schooling. Erynn grew up in one of the first households to own a 'Personal Computer' - an apple replica from China. With a family in the computing and electronic parts industry, she developed an understanding of computers, programming and software. She watched computers evolve in her home until quite recently she could take advantage of their ability to render illustrations. The collaboration of art and computing was a perfect fit for her. Erynn is 100% self taught and continues her self-imposed education this way.
