Rates

ESTIMATES

 

  • We will provide estimates only when explicitly requested
  • Estimate requests must be made in writing and submitted prior to or within the work order
  • Our estimates are based on the hours that we anticipate the project to require. The final cost is the ACTUAL hours required.
  • Estimates are not fixed rates. The final cost may be above or below the estimated amount
  • By its nature, design is very subjective. As well, the project requirements will likely evolve during development. We estimate to the best of our experience and knowledge but offer no guarantees regarding the final cost.

 

 

RATES

 

  • 69/hr - Graphic Design / Print Media
  • 69/hr - Website Design Development
  • 64/hr - Website Development  (past initial 10 hours}
  • 109/hr - Consulting
  • Billed per minute (minimum 15min per session)

 

 

PAYMENT METHOD

 

  • Cheque by mail (to: #406-822 Homer Street Vancouver BC V6B6M3)
  • Credit Card via paypal (erynn@guimedia.ca)
  • Cash

 

 

INTEREST

 

  • Payment of invoice is due within 30 days of issue.
  • Interest on held balances will be applied monthly at 9%. Compounded monthly.
  • Please inform us of any anticipated delays in payment.

 

 

DISPUTES

 

  • Any dispute in the invoice must be made within 2 weeks of the invoice date. Otherwise the invoice is deemed to be accepted.

 

 

DEPOSIT

 

  • We require a deposit as a retainer prior to commencing work.
  • The deposit is equal to 25% of the project estimate.

 

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

  • We invoice yearly for hosting, domain services and software licensing.
  • We invoice monthly for pre-established maintenance or SEO plans.
  • For full website development, we follow 3 phases of payment.
    1. Initial deposit
    2. Balance at Alpha Release
    3. Balance at Beta release.
