1.   Got to http://GUImedia.ca/mantis 
      Login with your username and password

2.   Click on "Report Issue"

      If you are asked to select a project, then do so from the dropdown menu.

      You can also change your project anytime from the dropdown menu at the top-right of the screen

3.   Fill in the 2 required fields. "Summary" and "Description"

      The description should have as much detail as possible. Add links, upload images and give us any other info that might help us to understand your problem. The more specific you are, the better chance we have of resolving your task quickly and effectively.
